From structural construction and concrete flatwork to complete outdoor improvements, we have experience coordinating and installing the many components that bring a project together. One example is the Mission Crossing Urban Park for Meritage Homes, where we completed the construction and installation of the park improvements—not simply the concrete scope.
Our experience working on projects for major Bay Area homebuilders has taught us the importance of quality, scheduling, coordination, safety, and attention to detail. Today, we bring that same level of experience and workmanship to every Arguelles Concrete project.
Sunrise Ridge Park — San Ramon, CA
Sunrise Ridge Park demonstrates the depth of our experience in large-scale concrete and recreational construction. Our team was responsible for the park’s complete concrete scope, including structural concrete, architectural concrete, and site flatwork, as well as the preparation and grading of the sports fields.
From structural elements and detailed architectural finishes to walkways and recreational areas, the project required precise layout, coordination, and execution across multiple phases of construction. Our involvement from site preparation through finished concrete allowed us to deliver a cohesive project built to meet the demanding standards of a public recreational facility.
